Liviana was born in Venice in 1975, and at the age of 13 began the creation of beads with flame, following the footsteps of her father, a master of glassblowing who made lamps and vases specialising in the techniques of reticello (a technique that creates an effect similar to a spiderweb) and filligree.

With a keen interest art and design, Liviana went on to refine her skills, in the following years she perfected the art, going on to work in some of the best firms in Murano and Venice.

Young and talented, Liviana interprets and transforms traditional Muranesi techniques through constant experimentation with an attention to form and asthetics. Her work, often daring and unique, pushes all boundries of the imagination, and is a defining characteristic reflected in the masterpieces that she creates.
